cleaning tip

oh dishpan hands, be gone forever.

long weekend style has discovered one surefire way to clean a pot or pan that has worked time and time again for us: after cooking something has developed a liking to one of your pots or pans and taken up what seems like permanent residence on said pot/pan's walls, put it right back on the stovetop, this time filled with water. bring water to a boil and easily away scrape food barnacles thus saving yourself from endless hours of scrubbing and scouring.
